The Pharmacy Technician program prepares students to successfully attain the training and qualifications needed to become a Pharmacy Technician. Students will learn the basics of Pharmacology, knowledge of practice settings, standard and ethics, State Board of Pharmacy laws and regulations, basic pharmacy calculations, drug dosages, forms, recordkeeping, labeling, and customer service.

To receive program certification, students must complete all classes within a 2-year time frame. To receive a career technical diploma, students must also provide a high school diploma or high school equivalency.
